"Since LL is a biologic... it would receive 12 years of exclusivity if approved.
The "original" patent composition of matter does expire in 2023...but the concentrated Protein Formulation does Not expire until 2031...and that is what has been used in All our clinical studies.
We will also pursue methods that use Patents LL in a novel way across All indications"...Scott Kelly.
Merck and Keytruda ...might want some help.
