We could assume that the Get Ready of 2023 (not to be confused with Get Readies of yesteryear) means that SEC last is in effect. The fact that Doc told Civicbird publicly that he can't speak due to regulatory reasons and the changing of the shares from restricted to unrestricted do seem to indicate that something is about to happen. 4-5 months from Train Arrived, we may just be mere weeks or less away from the all elusive UNVC launch.
