Is there a statue of limitations as to a time constraint by which such a law suit needs to be filed by?
Just thinking, as Craig has said, CytoDyn is broke right now, so needs to get what it can from the Arbitration.
However, once are share price is up following the coming clinical trials, there will be more cash on hand.
Once hold lifts, Sidley Austin should also likely settle for at least what we paid Amarex or about $100million. That will pay off debt and initiate NASH.
However, once share price is up, what if Sidley Austin was confident they could win this but was required to pierce the corporate veil in court?
Could we settle in Arbitration with Amarex for a peasly sum and then later take up a court case against NSF for the big bucks, (if we were willing to go to court and pay high attorney fees)?
