Master agreement calls for them (Amarex) to DO the job...they are being paid for...
Not to fuck it up..and then conspire as is alleged... by not being fortright...as to the condition of the documents...So Yes...they are liable...fraud...willfull damage/omissions...will drag them under...and those they are associated.
