No, there is no limit in arbitration as to what an award can be. HOWEVER there is a limit as to what someone can pay, because they can only pay what they have before they go bankrupt. If all Amarex has is $250mm but the award is $1 billion, you're only going to get what they have which is $250mm.
I would not think that SA is getting over 33% if they do have a contingency deal. We don't know if CYDY is paying nothing for arbitration, but a court case is FAR more expensive than arbitration and law firms are less likely to spend so much time on a case and potentially not be made whole. Arbitration is faster and easier, hence less time for the law firm to have to work.
