Sorry for not making sense, but that's the reason I requested some answers and I appreciate yours.
I guess the question boils down to, If Sidley Austin's Economist quantified our rightful damages out to be in excess of $1 billion, and if the Arbiter on the case agrees with the findings of this economist, then, are there any limits in the forum of Arbitration that preclude such an award?
As to your point #2, CytoDyn isn't paying for this Arbitration right now. It must have agreed with Sidley Austin on a certain percentage of winnings, possibly even in excess of 33% for SA. So, if the Arbitration isn't costing CytoDyn, why would a court case?
