Sad part is you know that as the original story was linked to the article.
Always purposely leaving out vital parts of the story to try to twist it to meet your agenda.

You do realize in 2016 SPPC revenue was 3,202,908 and in 2017 1,252,675
from 2017 10K
Very feasible at the time of that PR SPPC was working with 8 different locations.
