Does that mean a 14C will be needed if the company doesn't close on their 50M loan?
Yes, please make note of the word "loan". No loan happening. So, I wouldn't be surprised to see another 14C filed by the end of Q2 June 30th.
Think about the 8-K announcing waiving the 14C option expiring April 11, 2023 on January 23, 2023? Hoping for 50 mil to fall out of the sky before April 11, 2023. That didn't and ain't happening.
