Aduhelm was approved because of the enormous pressure on the FDA...by lobbying groups associated with Alzheimers...anything Neurocognitive...lewy body et al...etc ...etc...everyone wanted something on the shelf...that MIGHT work.

Amarex section 8 INDEMNIFICATION..."However, in no instance shall Cytodyn be responsible to any Amarex indemnitee to the extent and portion that such losses are caused by any wrongful or negligent act or omission of any Amarex Indemnitee."
Section 9,... 9.3 Limitation of Liability and Damage "However, that this limitation does NOT apply in the event of Amarex's gross negligence or willful misconduct or in the eventy of Amarex's material breach of the confidentiality provisions of this agreement."...I'd have to say at least two out the likely three has them in rather deep HOT water.
