Wording raises many questions about no loan yet

Very carefully worded without actually confirming the following:
- Is 2251 Old Curtis Rd definitively the property relating to the purchase contract? "Elba Power Corp (“EPC”) has executed its contract to purchase the property in Elba AL..."
- Is the Insurance wrap completed? “We have been working diligently in obtaining our insurance wrap to protect our investment..."
- is it going to take multiple funders? "offset the risk for our key funders..."
- is it going to be a plant at the mercy of town of Elba and/or state of Alabama wanting a free/cheap power generation facility? "and clean power generation plant.”
- why it changed to a 1.2GW versus promoted 1GW plant? expand and grow our vision to build a 1.2GW solar products manufacturing"
Definitely looks like a long long time before anything could be built or even starting to be built. Especially considering the plan might entail setting up solar assets to generate the actual plant and sell back power to some grid? Try and get fancy and one tornado...game over.
This could turn into a ridiculous stretch to try and satisfy so many different parties/entities. Versus a simple solar panel facility like Sun Pacific Power's 8 other solar panel manufacturing facilities. lol
in my humble opinion
cheers
