Just shows how meaningless a purchase offer agreement signing (no actual purchase/closing) means nothing but a piece of paper. If it meant anything, it would be covered in a small town's daily newspaper. Instead, all you get is another promoted tweet of another company self-written and paid for article. Same grooming strategy used over and over for every project.
But this made headline news? Why? Because it's real news.
