After reading the press release it seemed to create even more questions about the company's other issues assumed to be resolved by now?
Obviously, no loan to talk about. Then the topic of insurance wrap still being worked on as opposed to being completed for Sun pacific Power as of last Nov 14, 2022? But, no reference to Sun Pacific Power in today's press release? That was shocking. is EPC could be stepping into the shoes of Sun Pacific Power as the entity needing an insurance wrap grade to get a loan? Still no details relating to EPC, being a corporation, as far as ownership structure?
Don't see EPC listed a subsidiary on the snpw corporate website...just a tweet so far. Maybe the middle of May 10-Q with explain more detail regarding new subsidiary EPC and snpw/spp relationship? Since leopards never change their spots, most likely structured some 20% profit participation agreement.
