Neighbors of the projects named? Curiosity could kill a cat.
It would be nice to watch that process. They already won...didn't they? Second time around will be much easier and just more public embarrassment for the ceo through the local media. As if the spring of 2020 wasn't enough out there based on online articles. Definitely popcorn time when that circus starts. lol It could be the most exciting event of the year for the people of that state.
Ri transit contract termination just solidifies the miserable failure in the same state. Maybe the ceo will also file a complaint with the same judge for the horrendous non-performance under the 10 year transit contract. lol
Maybe build a Medrecycler facility in Russia and partner with their government if you want to take the public voice and rights away under a state statute.
