Yup. And 9 Mil wasted before the statutorily mandated public hearing process.
Some just can't deal with the reality of the definition of a LOI and something "not being final until it's final". The whining and pointing blame is pathetic. Blaming the public when the state has a statute mandating a public hearing process? That's absurd. Better off sticking with the Foxess global partner link that's resulted in zero revenue for almost the first 16 months of that relationship.
Hoping you get some new bipolar tweets to chew on for another month.
