No, it doesn't. There is nothing extraordinary or valuable about the properties, regardless if they own them or not. They are only early-stage exploration properties, who have little value to anyone. They are slightly more valuable to BGL only because they have capitalized their prior expenditures on Cinco Minas on their balance sheet and therefore want to retain that value. To a third-party, however, it may be a worth a million bucks, now that the equipment is obsolete and junk.
There is simply no real value in early stage exploration properties. Even those that have no mineral exploration company investment experience could take 5 minutes of DD and learn that for themselves.
