Hi Sean, yeah I get that part but , but great defense attorneys have a way of tying together potential two unrelated events and making them appear that one was a path to another . For example, if NP and the exec knew the data was incomplete or bad but tried to still push it though for monetary gain , would Cytodyn be partially culpable for not having the errors fixed. Anyway, could be a stretch here but I have seen defense attorneys tie events together that appeared to be unrelated
