Jeff...I believe that Amarex in NOT advancing our interests...so far as completion of doc's etc...has nothing to do with the selling of shares etc...The indictment calls into question their collusive behavior and timing with regard to selling off shares....NO mention of Amarex's incompetence...I would draw the line there.
