Drugman is just a happy shareholder who made a good buck on the last run.
Also Drugman has followed Nick working very diligently with the West Warwick planning board and RI-Dem for over 2 years dotting every eye and crossing every T. (all public record and a lot available on you tube)
Until he got a letter of "intent to approve' after it's final review from the RI-DEM plus a 17 million dollar tax free bond with an investor who was willing to assume the whole bond.
In addition as pointed out so many time, an insolvent company has caught the eye of a Fortune 500 company and has impressed them enough that they while having many other partners around the world chose only SNPW to be a global partner and a contact for their company. (again all public record)
Drugman is just very confident Nick will get the job done.
