Read it again. If anyone is interested they can make a backup offer in the next hour if they wanted to. What's the seller gonna do say "Sorry, I have to wait on the company needing tax rebate incentive"?
That's called "currently for sale" and aggressively being marketed by at least a dozen commercial real estate websites.
LOIs don't mean anything. Most know this from a handful of other LOIs used as some tool to keep investors interested.
Why would a company need to wait on tax incentives if the loan was approved and had the opportunity to buy the targeted property without losing the opportunity? Complete B.S.!
No more misleading about 2022 "Q3 in the room" or "Foxess mass production" starting last July?
