A refresher of memory
Remember when Loop.net site had taken the listing off market, and the poster kept posting well the listing agent still has it available so it has to be on market.
Well now we heard directly from the listing agent, and he is telling us it is under LOI and not currently available for sale.
Yet, now the poster doesn't seem t care about the listing agent

Pretty sad when a person goes out of their way to mislead to screw people out of opportunities.
