JPA Associates, Ltd. Submits Stock Order for Launch in Great Britain

DETROIT, July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Impact Fusion International, Inc. (IFUS) previously announced that the Company had signed an exclusive Master Distributor Agreement with JPA Associates Ltd.  ("JPA") of West Sussex, England. The Company has now expanded that agreement to include JPA's representation of it's unique Mastic Blast™ Beverage Brand, ( www.masticblastbev.com ) featuring its proprietary blend, Nutri-Mastic™.

As previously announced, Daniel Woodard, President of JPA brings his extensive marketing and sales experience to our marketing and sales team.

"We have been able to source and confirm manufacturing capabilities in the United Kingdom," explained Marc Walther, CEO. "Our flavor house will kit and ship ingredients to our manufacturing source for bottling, shrink wrapping and bulk packing for distribution.  By producing in the U.K., we will greatly reduce our deliveries, inventory and shipping costs thereby increasing our profit margins and significantly reducing the VAT (valued added taxes 20%) on imported goods. We are happy to provide income for the local British economy on an on-going basis. We will still manufacture all Mastic Blast Beverages for the U.S. market in various locations throughout North America."
