It was my understanding that not all shares had been given to the JV partner yet.  Possibly those 46 million were issued to them.  I do not know for sure. As far as restricted shares coming off restriction, aren't they already included in the authorized shares?  Some of those being sold maybe?  Who has restricted sares besides AHS? Are the officers and directors paid with them?  In any event, the AS has not increased.  The 46 million out of the treasury, in my opinion, are the only shares released and possibly they were released to AHS and can't be sold for a period of time.  Anybody else? If the 46 million were sold by the company, wouldn't they have to report that?  My best to all,  Jim
