Heh, sounds like you need to do some share structure homework! I'm no pro, but as I understand it... A/S is authorized shares (2.7B for HLNT), of these A/S shares the number they issue is the O/S (outstanding shares). O/S is made up of the float (what we trade) and restricted shares (issued to insiders, like the 106M issues to AHS as part of the JV). Treasury shares are shares the company keeps for itself that are not issued to the public (A/S - O/S). They can be retired (decrease A/S) or issued to public (like the 46M HLNT added in the Feb. change). Treasury shares will increase if they buy back shares. Hope this helps!
