ONCE, those are restricted shares from over a year ago that became unrestricted. These shares are held by people who will not sell for a good long time. It is a non factor.
I haven't noticed that kind of additional volume the last 2 monthes,just normal volume and decline on no news and manipulation(shorting). Glen
