They sold 160M shares a few mos. back without telling anyone. I understand the need to do that for a company but not after saying many times that we no longer have the need to do that. Dillution is over. Turns out that changed, which is ok but never a word about it, no reason given, no stated item they were paying for with it, no explanation of why revenues aren't adequate, no communication.
