“I think this paints Dr Kasem Kasempour into a corner, for his communications with the FDA and not implementing their guidance. This was a communication that was addressed to him, personally. This indicates that Dr Kasempour new what needed done. Then, he did not do it. It would be very difficult for him to prove that this was neglect. He sabotaged our BLA.”
