Key Points - USCIS EB-5 Immigrant Investment Program

$PSRU will be using the EB-5 Program to raise around $50M initially and - if it gets approved as a Regional Center - will also be able to set up further schemes for additional acquisitions and projects itself.

The Federal run EB-5 Program has been hugely successful in attracting foreign investors with a guaranteed path to US Citizenship in return for creating 10 x US jobs.

There are 10,000 visa slots a year.

The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 signed on March 10, 2022 recently resurrected the EB-5 Regional Center Program - in limbo since June 30, 2021 - until September 30, 2027 with a minimum standard investment of $1.050M or $800K in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA).

On November 28, $PSRU announced that the I-956 package for its $50M film slate would be completed and ready to file week commencing December 5, 2022 and therefore able to accept investor funds within a further 10 days.

$PSRU has given significant returns regularly since 2020 - as shown above - for those that maintain an inventory of shares at a variety of price points - to trade continuously on every run opportunity each year - whilst maintaining a core amount for bigger moves on longer term major developments.

$PSRU will remain a potential top profit pick for me throughout 2023 for self-evident reasons in this Overview.

We know there has been some dilution throughout 2022 but it has always been relatively insignificant compared to the volume traded in any period of increase - as shown in the contemporaneous records. I think we can expect more significant buys at any time by traders of $PSRU potentially taking it back up into the .0200 > .1000+ range as multiple EB-5, ABA, XMG streaming, film, Ambush Karaoke, NFT and gaming developments play out over the coming days, weeks and months.

I believe the major catalysts that we will likely see first in 2023 will be:

- EB-5 scheme to raise $50M rapidly for the movie slate to get I-956 approval from USCIS with funds being able to be accepted from investors within a further 10 days.

- EB-5 scheme offering to investors being listed on the EB5AN website and shown as "Closed" when all investor slots sold out at either $1.05M or $800K each (depending on whether standard or TEA investments).

- Announce other A List cast members for "Wild Geese" remake.

- Begin filming of "Wild Geese" remake.

- Begin filming of "Fists of Fury" remake.

- Network sales of any of the already filmed and edited TV shows.
