Well what do you know, last trading day of 2022 and Eric has only tanked shareholders value by 50%. He didn't even have the balls to admit he lied about the form 10 being finalized in 2022. Look for another "imminent" blog outlining more lies...Eric is a sad pos and its amazing shareholders let him get away with this b.s.
