I'm lobbying for the TSX-Venture exchange in Toronto because I don't believe the Pink Sheets are doing our company justice. Many investors simply will not trade on the Pinks.
Quite possibly there is a very good reason why the company brain trust wants to remain on the pinks only. Not sure. However, many companies are listed in the USA and Canada at the same time.
Anyway, for those of you who are interested here is some info on the TSX-V. I have traded on it for years and investors on this exchange are always looking for up and coming companies.
Investors in the U.S. can buy stocks listed on the TSX-V through their brokerage accounts as long as they support trading on foreign stock exchanges. Many online brokers in the U.S. allow investors access to foreign exchanges.
TSXV offers earlier-stage companies access to public venture capital to help spur growth and establish a footprint in the capital market.
Original Listing Fees for TSXV range between $10,000 and $40,000, with a sustaining fee payable after the first month.
