Here are a few scenarios for you:
All of the proactive videos have a statement made by Nader that he is speaking in forward looking statements, as in this is what he thinks could happen. the likelihood of the timeline is probably close to impossible but he was very optimistic.
The insider trading: Cytodyn gets a big invoice from Samsung (who we signed a production agreement with, based on approval of Lerolimab) and Cytodyn does not have the cash to pay it. Nader thinks going back to paulson or Fife is asking too much so he askes the board to get him some options and let him exercise them to put the necessary cash in the checkbook to pay the bill. Nader pays the tax bill for this and we move forward. I remember Nader characterizing some sort of creative financing around this time and this might have been it.
Nader's timeline and statements about the status of the BLA could have bee verbatim what he was told by Kaz. Could it be Kaz was giving Nader false hope and Nader believed him? there might be some interesting emails between the two showing what Nader was told and what was reality. Kaz has the most explaining to do as Amarex was paid, licensed and responsible to do the correct work for a BLA, not Nader.
There are many things to come out about this, but Nader's actions were optimistic and risky. The sequence of events and the actions take will have a lot of interesting turns.
Either way, this is a side show now and likely has little effect on Cytodyn going forward other than showing why a re-branding is a good idea.
