Drano...my good man...the DOJ is in possession of hours of audio and video of NP making statements, not "alleged statements" about CYDY, leronlimab, and all that was "allegedly" going to happen and when. And it was all garbage coming from his mouth to our ears.
Sam Bankman-Fried (STX) has not been found guilty yet, but we all know what he did and guilty he will be found. Sometimes, the facts are right in front of us.
NP's is not a case of "he said/she said" as again, all that he said is on tape. As for his trading, those trades are facts as well, and he traded, knowing that he was spewing untruths.
Yes, he is guilty, all that is left is the formality of conviction.
