Hey Craig, shouldn't there be a few "allegedly's" in your statement here, or are you so anxious to prove you are right that you're mixing apples and oranges here not applying the actual law concerning the "alleged" accusation.
It is going to be very nice on Thursday to have the "mystery novel" of the last 3 years behind us!
Still, I can think of about 10 possible ways this could go sideways on your persistent theory of what happen, all the way from an OJ verdict to collusion between Amarex, BP and the two parties and after June 30 even some crazy SEC crimes. Even you might have noticed there were parties outside NP and KK involved at that time. Flip time.
