AMAREX did not do what they were contractually paid to do. Whether NP told them to hurry it up because it was already taking to long doesn’t change the fact that they were paid to File a BLA up to FDA standards and they did far from that, multiple times did not give FDA what they asked for, thats on Amarex and Amarex only. Should NP waited 2 more years for shitty job Amarex did than we would’t be finding out till 2024 that Amarex fraudulently took shareholders money and returned nothing of value. I don’t think we know for sure how much NP knew or didn’t know but he along with many thought that covid data def fit the bill for EUA. The doj in that matter is BS just backing up their buddies at FDA trying to make look like NP biggest fraud but when it comes to Safety of Leronlimab- Covid mild, moderate or severe the biggest frauds are the FDA i wish the DOJ opened a case on them and how all the other do nothing with a ton of bad side effect drugs were given EUA but not Leronlimab.
