And how do YOU know CYDY has not submitted the last of the information needed? The answer is "you DON'T know". During the call two weeks ago Cyrus said it would be submitted "very shortly" which could have meant a couple of hours, days, or weeks. If they submitted it within a couple of weeks, then it's fair to assume the FDA "could" remove the hold by mid-to-late January. Nobody said the FDA must wait the entire 30 days to make a decision. Additionally, Paulson is under an NDA, and you're not. And, as a reminder, the Chairman is a former employee of Paulson. So, I think there's a much better chance that Hyperbolic's Paulson source is much more informed than you.
