The definition of "completed." N's defense might entirely rest on the very different definitions of "completed," and "complete."

1. I read through the entire SEC complaint
2. My own father speaks english but english is not his first language as is the case with N.
3. I am a long with CYDY since they started the Covid testing

If you have a long history of listening and reading press releases approved by N. then you are (or should be) well aware that what you think you understand requires additional cautionary thinking due to his first language not being english.

The BLA was clearly not complete and was marked in RED on the cover letter in the BLA that was completed by Amarax for the FDA.

See what I did there?

What is needed now is the date that N requested certain stock transactions and the date the board approved them.

As CEO if people give you the run around on the definition of done, then a reasonable technique is to submit everything you have, let the FDA tell you exactly what is missing, now you have a smoking gun and a way to drill down exactly who, what, where needs to be done to solve the problem.

If this is a solid account, then one could argue the CEO should be hailed as a champion of the stockholder and not villified for SEC confusing his word "completed," thinking he wrote "complete." Silly SEC not realizing the difference

He completed the application even though he indicated to the FDA it was not complete.

He completed the application but it was rejected by the FDA for not being complete.

Beforehand, he was getting different stories on why a complete application could not be completed in time. Now that the completed application was rejected, he could focus on making it more complete.

All of N. press releases were in english as a second language.
