I base my opinion that the legal folks stepped In on what to say and what not to say because it happened right when NP was fired. So it was either the Board or the legal team that shut down communications. Because of the DOJ issue my guess is it was legal. But at the end of the day it was either legal or the chairman of the board that completely changed what is to be shared or not with shareholders. The fact that it is still that way after Cyrus came on board, I’m leaning to legal who directed it.
