cyrus says he expects funding but lays down the contingency that the hold first be lifted.
i'd say all of the 5 documents the FDA requested have already been submitted. Therefore the FDA has 30 days to reply.
That is within the window of time before Cyrus is inaugurated as CEO.
My belief is that this contingency is what was necessary for the NDA behind the funding which Cyrus is expecting, to be revealed, as written into the NDA itself.
Cyrus speaks in facts and he expects funding. He expects to start the NASH trial 3rd quarter 2023, and it WILL happen. He wasn't just spinning his wheels.
