50 years ago government employees were called civil servants. They had low pay, but good benefits. About 45 years ago they started getting more pay as unons got support from the courts.
Then the Deep State saw that the bigger the government, the more votes for the Democrats. So planned expansion of socialism gets a boost.
Government employees, judges, non government contractors all making money off the cash cow. Lawyers know if they support Republicans Democrat judgeas might no side with their cases, etc.
People like you are controlled by government unions. 95% of government employess vote for the Democrats. Per pressure at work is enormous and non supportive government employees will get few promotions..
Now, the USA becomes socialist(slavery) like China(much talk about that lately as Biden is desatroying America intentionally to gain support to turn us socialist.
