Just to tell it like it is, the leases really wern't being worked very much since they were acquired, Prior mgmt. wasn't ready for the task. It's a full time job and half when you consider the work we need to get them up to speed. Right now It's difficult to tell just how good the leases really are. I'm not an oilfield hand per se but I surely know numbers, and I understand how the market works. I'm learning the works from an old pumper and I catch on fast. I have plenty of help too as many on this board and TECO shareholders are well versed in this business.

It's not smooth sailing but it's much better and getting even better quickly. What I don't have now in experience I'll make up for in time and effort, and then some.
