I find it crazy to believe that we have all these

I find it crazy to believe that we have all these leases and we don't have the manpower to keep them up.  I mean when deciding to purchase a lease shouldn't it be thought about.  Hey every well will take 3 people for one week per month.  Some of the stuff I hear is just craziness.  I appreciate what you are doing bull but last year when predicting 1000 bopd, were they thinking these wells were self dependant.  In the oilfield manpower is your business as we have all learned.  We can have the best leases but if our workers are worthless then our business is worthless.  Good hands are getting paid a lot by big companies and they aren't leaving for some stock options.  With all of the good things on the horizon this and this alone is our achilles heal and if this doesn't get fixed then we won't be fixed.
