But concerning Richard Pestell, please remember that we walked into a meeting with the FDA when he was CMO concerning a cancer trial I believe to discuss our protocol. During the meeting and unbeknownst to others in the company he told the FDA this will never work.

Yes, Nader was involved, and I don’t know who was correct. But Pestell said one thing before he walked into the FDA, and another when in the meeting.
