No, I misinterpreted what the judge did. He approved the motion to dismiss ... did not mean that it was dismissed. I apologized for this misinterpretation that I made. I admitted my guilt.

I mainly post links here and when I do get caught up in any conversation, I'm called out for minor errors. I hardly engage with anyone because my off the top responses are called out. So, I put up links for any one interested in what I have to say.

1st off, I asked a question here.
I thought the case was dismissed because of how I interpreted what the judge did.
I asked this question because I thought the External Auditor would have made grounds on uncovering information on generalized fraud and sabotage committed against CytoDyn.
That information, being validated by the External Auditor is provided back to CytoDyn.
CytoDyn then brings that pertinent and relevant evidence to the Courter case and presents it to the judge. The judge uses that evidence to dismiss the case. This is what I was thinking. I posed the question to you, but you turn it around to say something I did not say.

I have apologized and I guess you want to hear it again. I'm sorry I mis-interpreted what was meant. I'm also sorry you thought I said that Amarex was dismissed, but I never said that. And if you care, I accept your apology.

I work and so my answers are sometimes quick and can't get them perfect. That's why I limit my conversations. When I have time to write in full, I do so and express where I am. I do that for my self and put them where I do for my own organization. Anyone who wishes can access them.
