another simple question about another subsidiary
Wondering why Bella Electrical Services, LLC, now Bella Electrical, LLC, as of 5/12/21, with an amended filing 16 months ago, cease operations? Penn Secretary of State site shows it still active.
That seemed like it would have been a great opportunity for the parent company to have Bella Electric's guy(s) get trained on Foxess battery repair/service and maintenance and install? That potential work and revenue went to MES. Seems like it is lost revenue that could have to stayed in-house.
One can only hope Bella Electric, LLC (not Bella Electrical Services, LLC) hasn't ceased operations for good?
questions like this could be addressed by investors and answered by company in a conference call.
