simple question regarding a confusing issue. maybe someone can explain
Nevada SOS site: Entity Status: Default
Did a simple updated due diligence Nevada inquiry on the status of Medrecycler LLC
https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/BusinessInformation
Then checked Medrecycler-RI status
https://business.sos.ri.gov/CorpWeb/CorpSearc...RCH_TYPE=1
- Medrecycler LLC (a listed subsidiary of snpw) not active as of June 2022 according to nevada
- Medrecycler-Ri still active in Ri with 1 officer and 100,000 shares according to rode island
I thought it was the other way around?
I was very surprised because if something changed in June why wasn't filed in the Q2 or Q3 quarterly filing?
Hopefully, Medrecycler gets renewed or reinstated with Nevada. It's been in default for over 4 months. Investors or potential investors could get confused.
If it's an oversight, I hope this information helps as a reminder. Or maybe it's no biggie (nothing material) and doesn't require an 8-K for shareholders to know.
I've been trying to help when I can by pointing out certain things that didn't look right. I could use a little help with some clarification on this issue.
It's just due diligence...not personal
