A Reverse Split would not happen at CYDY.
The reason being, the share holders must vote in favor of it.
This shareholder base is mostly retail and almost all know it is not healthy to do a R/S.
So it won't happen because the shareholders would not vote in favor of it.
I don't know the answer to the question you're asking though.
