"Jay Williams bailed for what appears to be greener pastures". Or was it because the company placed the smartphone app on the back burner.
He did the job he was brought in to due and left to pursue his true passions.

What is the current structure of this company? Private, and no declaration of change of control by Pasaca

What is the current structure of this hobby? I don't believe hobbyist lobby the US government.
Who is REALLY in charge and why? Who ever they are they have made more advancement over the last year and a half then their other time in existence.
Why aren’t there any pr’s to “stakeholders” ? Fair question. But what was this?

Are the “soul suckers” still involved and if so what is the current status/agreement? (I would call this a “bad deal” but it wasn’t that good) I am assuming you mean Pasaca. If they were not involved there would not be a minimum 15 million dollar contract, which appears to be financing the current advancement of the company Pasaca had nothing to do with the stock being revoked.
I leave you with with out Pasaca the company would still not be trading and would have no means of attempting to return to trading (unless you are counting on K&L).
The company is alive, moving forward and is worth more today (5 new patent applications since September 2020) then it was when it went dark.
Whether or not old shareholders will share in the future all I can say is Squires et al are old shareholders too and I can't see them being short changed.
