Well, we agree on one thing, there has been no "official" anything about anything since the delisting and if anyone in the company has used the word "shareholders" in the last 18 months to 2 years I missed that too.
We all read the tea leaves a little differently...here's my take:

The big rah rah “rain makers” , supporters of 4 years ago are gone!
Jay Williams bailed for what appears to be greener pastures.
Les Paull, who I considered a smart and very principled individual, working on anti-counterfeiting with a small Police agency, has sadly passed (…and any progress he made went with him)
Even “Quantum Dots Rock” (which I believe is still very true….but not here) is silent or gone
Questions left unanswered (and there are many):
What is the current structure of this company/laboratory/hobby/…fill in this blank?
Who is REALLY in charge and why?
Is there a board of directors and if so who are they and why?
Are the “soul suckers” still involved and if so what is the current status/agreement? (I would call this a “bad deal” but it wasn’t that good)
Why aren’t there any pr’s to “stakeholders” ?(I would use the term shareholders but I’m not sure that term still applies… all my research tells me this might not be the case anymore)
The answer to this last question should be answered very carefully as it could trigger an SEC investigation into the legality of the past 3 years activity, sale of the company, loss of patents/technology and control etc..
Absence any intelligent response and/or shareholder acknowledgement could have some very serious and legally damning consequences.
