Now "wondering" when the company (SPP) received it
Post# of 13226

Don't forget we're talking about Sun Pacific Power's credit rating here. Not Sun Pacific Holding's credit score rating. We saw this when Medrycler-Ri had to be formed to get approved with a Rhode Island bond/backer for that project... that got denied.
We saw a similar thing when a dormant subsidiary (still dormant), National Mechanical Group, had to be used as the entity when needing $ from a funding partner for the Durango, Mexico project ...that never happened.
We don't have to "wonder" about the date of the first tweet, being October, 17, 2022, about this "insurance wrap" that was either "in progress" or "about to start". I'm "wondering" when the company officially received the credit score rating. Since it seemed worthy of an 8-K, should one "wonder" if they filed the 8-K, for shareholders, within the proper time frame required following the receipt of its credit score rating? I'm ONLY "wondering" if the company knew its credit score rating on November 1, 2022 (see that very interesting Nov 1st tweet). I'm ONLY "wondering" if made more sense to release the "known" information (credit score rating), on the same day as the company's worst ever 10-Q comes out, versus back on November 1st. Sure would be nice to not have to "wonder" when the company doing the insurance wrap provided the company with its credit score rating of A. Didn't see any pictures of a credit score page showing the A rating, signed with a date? Not like the Tweeted photo of the digitally signed certificate, with no date, from Foxess representative, relating to Sun Pacific Power becoming Foxess' Americas distributor.
