Horrendous 10-Q! Explains cartoon tweets last 2
Horrendous 10-Q! Explains cartoon tweets last 2 nights.
And some are worried about anyone embarrassing the company by pointing out 4th grade mistakes published on twitter for 3 months. Just look at what the company is doing to itself. Tweets like those a day or two before releasing that 10-Q filing of trash tonight.
I'd be on twitter all day. TOMORROW, apologizing to shareholders for the horrible execution and performance over its first 16 or 17 quarters of business.
Anyone "wondering" if the 10-Q will be tweeted tomorrow? If so, just hope it ends with a hashtag #sorry.
You have to NOT try to generate revenue with those number. $9,900 in revenue per MONTH during "Q3 in the room". Covid (or some other virus) must still be crushing the bus shelter advertising business? lol (it's actually not funny)
65% of the quarterly revenue ($29,800) came out of rhode Island. Does that mean NJ and Florida revenue was $3,600 for the quarter?? Or $1,200 per MONTH of revenue came out NJ and Florida?? That's $40 per day.
I hope we've seen the last bus shelter business post on any message board. Everybody loved the tweeted photos of all those bus shelters this past July. How do you feel now? Dog and pony shows should be over now as well. Just when I say that...an Elon Musk solar venture will be posted with an #SNPW hashtag after it.
And nobody will be talking Q4 now that they know the cat's out of the bag with Ri bus shelter biz. No 8-K or even a short tweet about Ri transit contract coming to an end. NOoooo...that's NOT material enough for shareholders to know within 4 days of the company knowing! Most had to find out about a 10 yr contract, promoting $5 mil per year, in revenue, being in the ground, from a message board.
Borrowed 1.2 mil (from related parties) over the last 12 to 18 months?? That is due on demand? For what? To pay attorneys to fight the Medrecycler nightmare?
ceo's forbearance for another 1.2 mil expires December 31st (38 days). I'd be doing tumblesaults trying to get $50 mil too.
How dare her!
in my humble opinion
