Well CEO Daivd Dalton likes to blame rules regulations bureaucracy for all his troubles, but he brought it on himself Univec Inc was a branch of Univec in MD with the home company in Delaware. Univec right now under this name can't do business in MD the status Change of status from 'Forfeited Not In Good Standing' to 'Forfeited' means its done no more business in MD.
Now if he has a deal on the mental clinics which are in MD how are they going to get around this. Everyone can judge for themself on how all this turns out
